After graduating with an M.F.A. in graphics my heart’s desire was to travel the world and to create art, precious and semiprecious jewelry, fashion accessories and home furnishings. I spent several years in California teaching university level art while expanding my repertoire and creating collections for my first business, Caprichos Studio. Over time, I became intrigued by the artcrafts and folkways of India, Africa, Japan and beyond- particularly the textiles, materials, embellishments and techniques and I began using them in my work.  I became equally intrigued by the fascinating and inspiring people whom I met along the way.

There’s nothing that I enjoy more than to inspire you  to create your own unique style-whether it’s original jewelry or special pieces and accessories to accent and embellish your home.   I love the smile in your voices when you tell me how much you are enjoying your new necklace or painting, the compliments you receive over it...or how much your loved one treasures it as an new addition to their collection and literally beams with delight as they share that you blessed them with it...
